What does the plan cover?
This plan covers mechanical and electrical breakdowns, including those experienced during normal wear and tear or due to accidental damage in handling. You can always review your contract details at hiclyde.com.
How do I file a claim?
When you purchase a protection plan, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your contract attached. If you need to file a claim, just visit hiclyde.com and enter your contract ID found in the confirmation email. We’ll make sure you’re back to using your product again as soon as possible.
